Boyer PTO Staff Appreciation Week

How to Participate:Follow along with our daily appreciation ideas (shared by PTO) for simple, fun ways students can participate

Participation is completely optional, but every small gesture helps make this week extra special for our staff!
Boyer Field Day is May 8th!
Get ready for a day full of fun, games, water activities, and school spirit! Students should wear athletic clothes, tennis shoes, and their Grade Level Shirt. Since students may get wet, please send a towel and a change of clothes in a bag. (Students without a change of clothes will not be able to participate in water activities.) Swimsuits may be worn under shorts and a T-shirt. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen at home before school!
Parents are welcome to check students out with their homeroom teacher at the end of Field Day.
We NEED volunteers to help make Field Day amazing!
Our coaches have planned a fantastic day, but we can’t do it without parent support — especially our WatchDOGS!
Volunteer Time Slots:
Kinder–2nd Grade: 8:10–11:05 AM 3rd–5th Grade: 11:30 AM–2:25 PM
Volunteers will help run stations and rotate with their child’s class. All instructions will be provided — just come ready to have fun!
Current background check required No siblings allowed while volunteering
Spectators are welcome, but volunteers are what make the day run smoothly!
WatchDOGS are especially needed for water activities and Tug-a-War!
The PTO will provide Twin Pop popsicles for all students. Please review ingredients and contact your child’s teacher with any allergy concerns. No alternate treat will be provided.

Boyer PTO End-of-Year Celebration: It’s Been a Magical Year! May 19
During school hours
Please note: This is a school-day event for students and staff only and is being shared for informational purposes for parents.
5th Grade Celebration Walk & Learning Celebration Event Details:5th grade students will take a celebratory walk through the hallways before exiting to the front of the building, where families will be waiting to cheer them on!
Parents are encouraged to line the front car line area with signs, Fat Heads, and lots of school spirit to make this moment extra special.
After the walk, parents will follow students into the Boyer Café for their Learning Celebration.
Students may be signed out after photos and the Learning Celebration.
The 5th Grade Celebration Committee will be sharing more details soon. For questions, please contact your student’s homeroom teacher or Room Parent. |
